Manchester United Transfer Rumours

4-3-3 – Manchester United likely line up for Norwich City

Though few regular first team players are returning, Manchester United will still have to make do with the available youngsters at the full back as the team is still be being plagued with injuries to key players. Manchester United played lots of youngsters last weekend in their 2-1 loss to AFC Bournemouth as they suffer their 3rd EPL loss of the season in hand of the newly promoted side.

Louis Van Gaal will have to play 4-3-3 as he looks to get his team back to winning ways after playing 5 games without a win. This formation will accommodate both the youngsters and the regular first team players that are coming back after being laid off by injuries.

The Dutchman, who has coached FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, AZ Alkmaar and Ajax in the past, is under pressure to turn his side’s fortune as they are finding it very hard to score goals. Louis Van Gaal will keep David De Gea in goal while Daley Blind and returning Phil Jones will play as the center backs. Two youngsters, Guillermo Varela and Cameron Northwick-Jackson will be the fullbacks. Morgan Schneiderlin and Ander Herrera will return to the midfielder after injury layoffs to partner Michael Carrick with the duo of Juan Mata and Memphis Delay playing behind French forward Anthony Martial.

If this formation should work, Manchester United could stick this formation for the meantime as the busy schedules ahead of the Christmas and New Year get nearer.
