Alexandre Pato Met with Chelsea Agents in London & Confirmed on Social Media That he’s Joining Blues and not Liverpool

Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato has been a subject of one of the most talked about transfer saga this transfer window.

The Corinthians striker has been consistently linked with a number of clubs including Chelsea, Liverpool, Sporting Lisbon and Benfica, but his future still remains a mystery.

Some days ago, reports claimed that a move to Chelsea is all but done, but conflicting reports soon appeared to suggest that the London club are still a long way off from signing their target. Pato reportedly met with Chelsea agents in London on Tuesday night.

However, the former AC Milan striker has dropped a major hint that he will be moving to Chelsea by following the club’s official Instagram account.

This is a significant move from the player who is at the centre of massive transfer speculations at the moment.

Pato’s agent recently revealed that Chelsea are interested in his client, but they are yet to submit a bid to Corinthians.
“The guys are working on getting an offer, but nothing Corinthians are yet to receive one,” Veloz said speaking to Portuguese news outlet UOL Esporte. “The January market is very limited.”
“Chelsea, Liverpool, Sporting and Benfica. All four have a chance.”
