Arsenal to Sign New Duo

Arsenal gets very bad injury news ahead of Manchester City clash

Danny Welbeck has suffered more injury setback as his proposed return from injury has been postponed. It has earlier been reported last week that the Arsenal forward has suffered more injury but a source close to the club refuted the claim.

Nevertheless, the news coming from the manager of the club, Arsene Wenger has confirmed the rumor that the former Manchester United player now has a bone bruising issue and he will be out of action for a longer period of time than earlier speculated. The Guardian actually made this revelation about the striker.

It has been speculated that the forward will be back before this year ends but his return time has now been postponed till February. The England forward has been injured since April and he will now be out till the second month of next year.  This news may force Arsenal to make a move in the January transfer window to get another striker who will help the team as the manager has revealed that the injury to Welbeck has affected the rotation of his team players as fixtures become more difficult as the New Year approaches.

Welbeck was bought from Manchester United in the summer of 2014 when Louis Van Gaal was clearing out his team to allow room for his own players. The England international later scored a heartbreaking goal that sent his former club out of the FA Cup. Arsenal later went on to win the FA cup as they thrashed Aston Villa in the final.
