Breaking: Arsenal Return To Spain To Conclude £22M Surprise Deal For Star

According to various reports making the rounds in the Spanish and English media, Arsenal are planning a surprise move for Spain and Real Madrid flamboyant playmaker Isco.

The former Malaga man was reportedly been linked with a move to the Emirates during the summer and they will now be joined in the pursuit of the player by Chelsea and Manchester United.

However, Spanish media giant Fichajes claim that Arsenal are preparing a £22 million pounds deal for the player and they will attempt to lure in the next summer.

The midfield of Arsenal is currently thin as most of their players are out injured. Wilshere, Arteta, Rosicky and the latest Ramsey are all sidelined with injuries and Wenger is keen on bolstering his squad with the Spaniard.

Isco might be interested in re-uniting with former team mate Ozil. And for Arsenal, a crop of their midfielders would be out of the Emirates next season. Arteta, Flamini and Tomas Rosicky may just be in their final season for the Gunners and Wenger is left with no choice than to secure the services of a midfielder in the mould of Isco.

Isco doesn’t feature regularly for Los Blancos because of the presence of James Rodriguez and Lucas Modric. At Arsenal, he would be guaranteed more playing time.
