Jose Mourinho Louis Van Gaal Woodward

Breaking: Jose Mourinho has signed a contract to replace Van Gaal, will be announced in 2 weeks

Jose Mourinho, the self-proclaimed Special One, who has time and again been associated with the prospects of replacing under fire Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal, has according to news published in the English media signed a deal that will allegedly have him take over as the new Manchester United manager in the summer.

Having endured a rather turbulent second year at the Red Devils, experienced Dutchman Louis Van Gaal has had to cope with widespread rumours and speculation that his one-time assistant coach, Jose Mourinho, is being gloomed to replace him as the next Manchester United manager.

Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has in fact had to harshly dismiss journalists keen to have him respond to some of the rumours linking the Jose Mourinho to his job at United.

This latest development of Jose Mourinho  having had already penned a deal to take over the management of Manchester United this summer and as from the 2016/2017 season comes despite the current manager Louis Van Gaal having managed to secure Manchester United to their first FA Cup final in nine years.

Going by this news it is clear that success in the F.A Cup will not suffice to extend Van Gaal tenure at the Red Devils. Antony Martial scored the crucial goal during extra time to see off Everton and land United into the finals of the FA Cup.

It is this win that was thought to shake off speculation surrounding Louis Van Gaal’s future but surprisingly United’s progression into the finals has come with this news of Jose Mourinho signing a deal with Manchester United and set to be announced as the new Old Trafford manager in next two weeks.
