Breaking News – Shocking Twist in Alexandre Pato Saga, Guus Hiddink Decision Revealed

If latest reports are to be believed, there is a new development in the transfer saga of Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato.

Chelsea, who thought to have a verbal agreement in place for the Corinthians star, have now seemed to have backed out of the deal.

Daily Star Sunday are reporting that Blues manager Guus Hiddink has pulled the plug on the deal for the 26-year old. The report claims that the Dutchman doesn’t think that the former AC Milan striker is good enough to play for the West London club, and hence he has advised the club not to pursue the deal for the player.

Chelsea were supposedly in talks for a £7 million deal for the player who scored ten league goals in 33 games in the last season of the Brazilian League. Sky Italia has also reported a couple of days ago that a verbal agreement is already in place to bring the player to Premier League.

However, Daily Star’s report suggests otherwise, and the only thing we can do is wait and watch.
