Deal agreed: Mourinho and Klopp stunned as European giants snap up La Liga star

Algeria International Feghouli will be counting his days with Valencia as his contract is set to expire in the summer having joined the club in 2010. According to Turkish newspaper Milliyet, Fenerbahce are leading the race to sign the Algeria international. This will come as a shock to clubs looking to acquire his signature such as Premier League trio Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham who are all reportedly interested in bringing Feghouli to England

Valencia’s highly-rated playmaker has had a great season the campaign. Which is only a build up from last year as he struck together standout performances last season when he clinched the best African player in the Spanish top flight, which is why interest has grown. He has appeared in 21 La Liga games this season and has contributed to one goal and a further two assists.

However, he has had a rather unstable relationship with Valencia more recently. The club suspended the player in the last month after the midfielder reportedly refused to train with the club. Valencia manager is uncertain whether the player will teams in with the club.

“I do not know if he Sofiane Feghouli will ever wear the Valencia shirt again,” said Pako Ayestaran.

“It depends on the day to day and what the team needs.” It seems Valencia are not to pleased with the players attitude and will not be renewing his contract.  That’s if Feghouli would have signed in any case.
Feghouli has made no secret about his desire to leave the Spanish side. It will be unfortunate as a free transfer will be on the agenda and Valencia won’t be able to demand a high transfer fee. Whether he ends up in Turkey, or if Premier league sides can tempt the Algerian to England instead remains to be seen.
