DECISION WAS MADE – Latest Report on Diego Costa Moving Back to Spain

Chelsea have snubbed an approach from Atletico Madrid for their striker Diego Costa, according to Daily Star.

The Brazilian-born star has recently been linked with a return to his former club and Atletico boss Diego Simeone has reportedly been eager to see his former star return to Vicente Calderon.

But according to the report, the Blues doesn’t want to sell their star striker, who seems to be getting back to form under new manager Guus Hiddink.

The Spanish international has struggled for form during the first half of the season, but his tally of three goals from his last two league appearances has increased his season’s tally to six.

Costa is currently the first choice striker at Stamford Bridge and has been involved in controversies throughout the season. He signed for the Blues from Atletico in the summer of 2014 and helped the Blues claim the double in his first season in English football.
