Jurgen Klopp Gets Massive Injury News Ahead Of Bournemouth Clash – Not Benteke

Liverpool youngster Joe Maguire has taken to Twitter to confirm he is now fit and has returned to training today.

Maguire, 19, had a short loan spell at Leyton Orient earlier this season but made just a single appearance for the League Two side.

The teenage prospect is a versatile player who, though operates primarily as a left-back, is capable of playing at right-back or centre-back position. Maguire has impressed for Liverpool at youth level in recent seasons and could be farmed out on loan once again in the near future in order to continue his progress.

New Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp has claimed he would be willing to give an opportunity to the club’s youngsters to impress if they deserve it and Maguire – who has featured four times for the Reds’ Under-21s this season – will certainly be encouraged by the comment made by the former Borussia Dortmund manager.

Maguire joined Liverpool at the Under-9 level and has progressed steadily throught the youth ranks at the club. He was part of the Liverpool squad that traveled for the pre-season in the summer under Brendan Rodgers and, the youngster will be hopeful of breaking into Klopp’s first team in the future.

Liverpool have often handed opportunities for youngsters to shine, especially in the Europa League fixtures, but it is likely that Maguire will have to gain an first-team experience elsewhere before he can attempt to break into the Reds’ first team.
