Luis Alberto was loaned to Deportivo La Coruña at the beginning of this season. The electrifying Spanish international played a total of 27 games for Deportivo La Coruña, scoring 6 goals and handing out 6 assists.

He had a huge impact in Deportivos’ campaign and is regarded as one of the most promising Spanish players in La Liga.

Luis Alberto’s playmaking skills and vision have been compared to Philippe Coutinho, one of Liverpool’s key players. It’s no surprise he has evolved into a very good player as he was signed from Barcelona’s youth academy as a promising starlet.
Not only has Luis Alberto had a stellar season, but he is also keen on playing in Anfield under Jurgen Klopp.”It is obvious that having Klopp as a manager is an extra motivation to return to Liverpool” said the Spaniard when he was asked about his plans for the future.
