Liverpool To Sign High Rated La Liga Star In January

Liverpool have beefed up their pursuit of Real Betis young midfielder, Dani Ceballos.

The 19-year-old midfielder is highly rated in the La Liga as one of the best young players since he made his breakthrough into the Real Betis first team last season. The central midfielder has also made 13 appearances for Spain U19 and was part of the team that won the UEFA European Under-19 Championship and 3 appearances so far for Spain U21.

The central midfielder who stands tall at 5 ft 9 inches and who just clocked 19 years old in August wears the number 10 jersey for Real Betis and has made thirty-seven first team appearances, scoring five goals.

Both Arsenal and Chelsea are reported to have been interested in the player and sent scouts to monitor the players but it looks like only Liverpool have continued their interest in the player and might just be waiting till the end of the season when the player’s contract expires so they can just pay a small compensation fee in the hopes that Dani will not renew his contract with Real Betis.

Although Dani Cabellos has the lowest performance score for Real Betis in the La Liga this season but Liverpool fans have something to look forward to if this player is signed as he will definitely add something to the Liverpool midfield which has been missing and they will have to hope that he does not turn out to be another Luis Alberto or Iago Aspas.
