Reports claim that Liverpool have begun transfer talks with Ligue 1 club over a potential deal for starlet Kylian Mbappé. French publication Get French Football claims that the representatives of the player and Monaco’s officials will hold talks over a potential deal this week.

The 17-year-old forward has broken into Monaco’s first team this season and has attracted attentions of a number of top clubs.

La Liga giants Real Madrid are also reported to be interested in his services.

He made his debut for the Ligue 1 club in the league game against Caen in December.
