Liverpool Will Sign Lazio Star for €32m, Jurgen Klopp Eager to Seal the Deal

Liverpool have been linked with a move for Lazio star Antonio Candreva, according to latest reports. The Reds were linked with a move for the 28-year old last season also, and now Sport Mediaset is claiming that the Premier League club will reignite their interest in the summer transfer window.

The report states: “Liverpool are interested in signing Antonio Candreva, and the club is ready to offer €32m to seal the transfer“.

Player’s agent recently confirmed that Candreva would be open for a possible summer move.

He told Radio Sei: “If new offers come in, we’ll talk to the president. I don’t know if Lazio will hold on to Candreva in the summer“.

The Italy international can play as a winger or playmaker and has scored six league goals this season.

He has been playing for Lazio since 2011 and was part of the Italian national team for the 2014 World Cup.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is familiar with Candreva’s talents as he tried to sign him in 2013 at Borussia Dortmund.
