Manchester United are reportedly ready to offer 2-year contract worth £250,000-a-week to Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Man Utd are once again set to spend huge money in the transfer window. According to latest reports, United are determined to bring Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Old Trafford, and they are willing to spend a huge sum to make it happen.

According to Daily Star, United are ready to offer a contract worth £24m to the 34-year old to lure him to Old Trafford. The Swedish international will stand to earn a staggering £250,000-a-week wage in a two-year contract if he decides to accept United offer.

Ibrahimovic is currently in the final year of his contract with the Paris club and will be a free agent in the summer. He has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Chelsea also, but if this report is true, then United are certainly the favourites to sign the veteran striker in summer.

Daily Star also quotes a United source: “The team needs a major injection of talent and some superstar additions.

“Zlatan fits the bill. He might be getting on a bit but he can still do it at the highest level and would be worth the risk in terms of big wages because no fee is involved.”

However, Chinese government are prepared to offer £59.2million a season to Ibrahimovic if he will choose to move to the Chinese Super League (CSL), reports La Repubblica. All will be solved during next three months.
