After two weeks away in the medical department, I’m back! And with me, the news of Brazilian Football wrote by a Brazilian! After eleven rounds of Brazilian Championship, the question is: Who can stop Corinthians? They are the leaders of the championship, 7 points ahead of Grêmio. In the Libertadores Cup this week we had the first leg of the round of 16, and here you see a brief of all Brazilians matches.

Godoy Cruz 0-1 Grêmio

In a typical Libertadores match, with rain, a heavy field and little bit of violence from Godoy Cruz, Grêmio confirmed their quality with the fastest goal in the fastest goal in the history of the Libertadores playoffs (44 seconds).

Atletico PR 2-3 Santos

In the domestic match, Santos won against Atletico PR, and should confirm their qualification at home.

Barcelona (ECU) 1-0 Palmeiras

In a balanced match, Barcelona scored at the last minute. All will be resolved in São Paulo.

Jorge Wilstermann (BOL) 1-0 Atletico MG

Playing at altitude, Jorge Wilstermann confirmed that is strong at home, and won with a bicycle kick.
