Transfer boost: Liverpool top target Lewandowski hints at move to Premier League

Robert Lewandowski has dropped a hint of his rumored transfer from the Bavarians in the summer. The Polish international says he may play in La Liga or the EPL one day.

The 27-year old has been one of the most demanded strikers in football this season, scoring 38 goals in all competitions for his team this season. He has spent the better part of his career in Germany, playing for Lech Poznan, Borussia Dortmund and now Bayern Munich.

He now thinks it is time to move. However, he can only move to a club with hunger for success and the zeal to win titles like Bayern.

Though he says he is happy at Bayern, there are all indications that he is on his way out, with Pep Guardiola already confirmed Manchester City FC’s head coach from 2016-2017 season onwards. There have been rumors that he will join his former coach Jurgen Klopp at Anfield. He has also been a target of Real Madrid for quite some time. Now, he could as well join Arsenal. In fact, he says that Thiery Henry was his football idol as he grew up.

With 27 goals in Bundesliga and 20 assists, there is no doubt that the talisman has all it takes to threaten any defense in Europe. He is currently the top scorer in Germany, followed by BVB’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with 23 goals.
Although he failed to score for Bayern Munich in the Champions league against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, this season has been his best.
