VIDEO: Tottenham Hotspur defender on using space

The video above shows Steven Caulker teaching the Nature of denying the opposition space.

The 21-year-old defender, who was born in London and started his career with Spurs, started to establish himself in the first team last season. Having spent several seasons out on loan, Caulkner was rewarded for his improving ability with 29 appearances in 2012-2013 and even got his first International cap.

Caulkner will be at the club next season and, if Daniel Levy gets his way, so will Gareth Bale. The Welsh winger reportedly wants to sign for Real Madrid and the Spanish giants have made no secret of their desire to buy him. There is a long list of Android betting sites on Android app that would lead you to believe Bale is off, but Levy has a habit of keeping top players at the club longer than you would predict. Spurs fans can console themselves with the knowledge that if he does leave, Levy will ensure it will be for a ridiculously good transfer fee. The figure being talked about is a world record breaking price of £85m.

Still, Spurs can rely on their homegrown talent to do the business, with Caulkner proving he has experience beyond his years with the demo above.
