WORLD CLASS £180,000-A-Week UCL Winner Signs For Chelsea, Four Years Deal Sealed

If you ask any football pundits or fans one of the top 5 managers in world football, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is certainly going to make the top 5 list of the bulk of the respondents. The Portuguese, having won the champions league two times with Inter Milan and with Porto ( in a miraculous fashion I must add ), is regarded by many as one of the best managers in the beautiful game of football.

It is no wonder Chelsea fans were abuzz when three years ago news broke that the self styled special one is making a return to managing Chelsea after he left in controversial circumstance in 2008.

The blues as Chelsea fans are popularly known must be buzzing even more when news emerged that the former Real Madrid manager has put pen to paper on another four years deal with the Londonders. With just one year or there about left on his contract, Chelsea fans were beginning to get worried that their manager may actually leave the club at the end of his contract. Many were tired of the hire and fire tendency of Roman Abramovich and are of the opinion that stability is key to the long term future of the club. That has now been put to rest as Mourinho has signed an extension.

With Jose Mourinho signing whats said to be a new four years deal on a £180,000 per week contract, many Chelsea fans are finally relaxed in the belief that Roman Abramovich is now a changed man and is more interested in the long time future of the club.

Many believe offering Mourinho a new contract means the owner sees him as part of the long term future of the club which means it is no longer about short term goals but rather the long term future of the club.
