16-year Old English Supertalent to Emirates? Wenger Ready to Sign new Walcott

Reports have claimed that Arsenal failed in their attempts to sign Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon on the transfer deadline day.

The Gunners wanted to secure the 16-year old wonder kid in exchange for the loan transfer of winger Serge Gnabry, according to Daily Mail.

However, the Cottagers turned down the Gunners offer as they wanted to hold on to their highly rated asset.

Sessegnon is England under-16s captain and has several Premier League clubs interested in his services. He is considered to be the best left-sided English prospect in his age group at the moment.

The Gunners are expected to reignite their interest in the player in the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Championship clubs Charlton Athletic and Fulham are interested in signing Gnabry on a loan deal.
