The deal is reported to be very sumptuous and will increase the player’s wages to £130,000 per week.

The player who has scored 16 goals and 8 assists last season in the Premiership and has already recorded 5 goals in 8 Premier League appearances this season has been described by Thierry Henry as the best Arsenal signing for the past six years.

The 26-year-old Chilean who was brought to the Emirates for £35 million has lived up to expectations and has turned out impressive performances every time he takes the field. Even when Arsenal loses a match, he is always undoubtedly the best performer on the pitch and without a fault.
