£75,000-A-Week World Cup Star To Complete Arsenal Transfer In January

Juventus are reportedly pining after Arsenal’s right-back, Mathieu Debuchy to replace their injured Stephan Lichsteiner.

The 30-year-old French defender has been reportedly frustrated with the fact that he has become Wenger’s second-choice right-back behind a 20-year-old Hector Bellerin and will be asking for a move away in the January transfer window.

Juventus are however, presently in serious need of an experienced right-back who can break into the first team immediately as they have been having serious health issues with their first choice right-back Stephan Lichsteiner.

The Swiss International has undergone a cardiac surgery this week to rectify a breathing problem he suffered in a 1-1 draw against Frosinone in their Serie A encounter. However, he is to be out on the table for another one month and then pout of action for another six months after that to avoid a repeat of the health complication said the Cardiologist who treated him.

Juventus are therefore left in dire need of a right-back and might be turning their attention to Arsenal Debuchy who might be jumping on such an opportunity after being sidelined for too long even after returning from the injury that gave Bellerin the opportunity to come in for him.

He made just 10 appearances for Arsenal last season and has made only one disappointing appearance so far this season and this does not look like it will change soon unless Bellerin is sidelined by some magic injury. However, Bellerin is one player who seems to be immune to injuries and fatigue so it would be best for Debuchy to move to Juventus and see if he can get his career back on track especially after being dropped by Didier Deschamps from the France National Team.
