Podolski Back to Arsenal

£90,000-A-Week World Cup Winner Set To Join Club In January

Wenger has always found a way to prove himself right and he may be proven right again in letting striker Lukas Podolski leave the club as the Arsenal flop Lukas Podolski could be on the move again in January.

The German forward joined Galatasaray in the summer transfer window after falling out of favour in north London.

Olivier Giroud, Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck were all ahead of the World Cup winner in the pecking order and Arsenal fans could not understand why this was happening or why the bullet shooter was not been picked in the squad and both player and manager insisted that there were no problems between them.

Reports from Turkey are however claiming that Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim wants to land the striker with a £4m bid.

Podolski’s record of seven goals in 16 appearances for Galatasaray this season is understood to have been the attraction point for the German club to want to bring the striker back home.

However, the simple truth is that if he is such a commodity, why is he going for such a minute price?

And if he so much of a fantastic striker why would he prefer to move to Hoffenheim who are currently battling against relegation and claim they need an experienced striker to fire them back to safety.

Yes, Podolski might be able to do this for the German club if he agrees to the move but the point is, at least Arsenal fans can stop mentioning his name as better than the strikers at the club at the moment.
