Abramovich has Accepted Eden Hazard will be Sold, Price Tag Revealed

Chelsea have slapped a price tag of £80m ($114.5m) on their star player Eden Hazard. The Belgian star has been heavily linked with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Man Utd and Man City in the past.

Reports have also suggested that the player’s camp is pushing for a summer move to Real Madrid. Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has also expressed his desire in the past to work with the Belgian.

The Sun are now reporting that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has accepted that the West London club will be helpless in keeping the player beyond summer, but he wants, at least, £80m for his prized asset.

Real Madrid’s move for the 25-year-old could be complicated by the transfer ban imposed on them by FIFA.

Club president Florentino Perez has recently said: “The Fifa sanction is painful. It is very serious that the image of Real Madrid has been unfairly tarnished like this. We are convinced that everything about this sanction is wrong.”

Hazard, who was voted PFA player of the year winner last year, has failed to replicate his form this season and is yet to open his goalscoring account for the Blues.
