After Signing Pedro, Abramovich Sanctions RECORD BREAKING £60m Chelsea Deal

After successfully hijacking Pedro’s transfer to Manchester United, Chelsea have turned their attention to Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba. It seems Chelsea’s defeat to Manchester City have spurned on a different Chelsea approach to the transfer window with 2 transfers completed within the week. With little time left in the transfer window, all efforts have been focused on bringing Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba to Stamford Bridge.

The French midfielder is expected to cost the Blues at least a £60 million to become a Chelsea player. Having already lost two great midfielders in form of Arturo Vidal and Andreas Pirlo, the Italian club will be looking to ensure they keep the highly rated superstar at the club for yet another season. And if peradventure push comes to shove, Juventus will be hoping to cash as much money on Paul Pogba.

Jose Mourinho is believed to be preparing to use Juventus interest in Juan Cuadrado to strike a swap deal for the French midfielder. Juventus have been heavily linked to Juan Cuadrado this window after a disappointing six months at the Stamford Bridge and were hoping to revive the 27 year old’s career with a move back to Serie A. A £60 million bid plus Juan Cuadrado could prove rather tempting for Juventus to refuse but with little time to find a replacement for Pogba, it seems highly unlikely for the Italian Giants to accept.
