Young players who are quickly becoming stars seem to be taking over the world at the moment and every top-flight club is already on red-alert to see what happens by the January transfer window as a number of these very expensive youngsters are getting ready to be poached by a number of clubs who will go all out in their bids to sign these so called young stars.
One of such players is Hakan Calhanoglu who is just 21 years old but already regarded as world-class midfielder who is also a set-piece Maestro and has been Widely touted as the next Mesut Ozil.
It has been reported by the Metro that Manchester United have been in hot pursuit of the Bayer Leverkusen world-class young midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu, who has been on the transfer-list of a number of top-flight European clubs.
The Turkey international is keen on a move to the Engligh Premier League according to the reports rather than joining Barcelona in Spain, who are also interested as he feels he might have to struggle too much for his first-team opportunity there.
The 21-year old Calhanoglu is rated as the best free kick specialist in Europe so far and as the same sources claim, the Red Devils are ready to meet the full £28.9 million buy-out clause that the Bundesliga club have been demanding from any interested clubs. Bayer Leverkusen’s CEO Michael Schade has also admitted that the youngster could leave the German outfit for a certain price.
It remains to be seen however where he will finally move to as all the interested parties are also ready to meet his release clause.
