Amine Harit, Thomas Muller, and Nils Petersen Shine in Matchday 16

Amine Harit

Definitely the best player on the pitch in the Schalke game, and probably in matchday 16 overall, Amine Harit lit up the pitch against Augsburg. He delivered the assist for the first goal after a superb turn and won the penalty to win it for Schalke. Overall, Harit was brilliant linking up play and posing a threat himself.

Thomas Muller

Despite Bayern’s struggle against Koln, Thomas Muller managed to shine anyways. Muller headed the assist for Lewandowski’s winner. He was constantly dangerous with his classic runs over the top, and was nearly rewarded with a goal, only for his first touch to let him down.

Nils Petersen

Just a few days off a hat-trick, Nils Petersen won and scored a penalty to get another three points. His sublime performers of late have been key for Freiburg, with his hat-trick winning points last week and now a goal against Monchengladbach, again to win points.
