Another Chelsea star announcing exit after Mourinho’s sack – players losing faith in club
Turkish club Besiktas are in talks with Chelsea defender Papy Djilobodji. According to Turkish source AMK, Super Lig club are in the process of negotiating a transfer fee for the Senegalese international.
The 27-year-old was signed by the London club from French club Nantes on transfer deadline day after their failure to secure the signing of Everton defender John Stones. At the time, former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho claimed that the defender was signed without his knowledge.
Since his move to Stamford Bridge, he has only played for a minute in the League Cup game against Walsall. It is understood that the player is eager to leave Stamford Bridge once the January transfer window opens. That only adds fuel to the recent rumours that Chelsea players totally lost faith in their future at the club as Fabregas, Costa or Pedro are all moving away this January.
Club is set to announce first exits in the first week of January.
