Arsenal Close To Signing Of £28.7m Rated Man United Target

German winger, Julian Draxler is highly interested in a move to the English premier league, with his preferred destination, Arsenal FC. The 21 year Schalke player has been linked over the years to Arsenal and though those rumours died down over time, the Metro revived them last week with a report saying that Julian is finally looking to move from the Bundesliga. Despite being injured for a long period during the course of the past campaign, there is no doubt that Julian Draxler is a player with immense quality and potential.

Another twist to the drama though is the claim by the Daily Express that Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in the German and will be making official bids for him. With this, his valuation will see a significant rise with Arsenal reportedly unwillingly to pay the present valuation which is £28.7 million. Should his valuation increase then Arsenal might be priced out of a player that they have actively sought over the years.

In other news, Petr Cech is said to also prefer a move to Arsenal. The Chelsea legend who is expected to leave Stamford Bridge after been upended by Thibaut Courtois will snub a deal to move to France with PSG and instead head over to Chelsea rivals Arsenal.
