Arsenal Man HINTS At Arturo Vidal Signing

The legendary Arsenal player, Freddie Ljungberg has passionately appealed to his old club to complete the signing of Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal, according to reports from the Independent.

Latest news filtering in have shown that Arsenal are close to agreeing a £21m deal for the Chilean midfielder, who is renowned for his box-to-box style of game.

Recall that Mr. Ljungberg was a vital part of the ‘invincibles’ in the Arsenal team of  2004, he suggested that Vidal would be a perfect signing for the Gunners.

According to Ljunberg: “There were some rumours about Vidal, he’s a great player, and he gets fuming if he loses the ball, so I like that. That kind of player would be great for the club. He is a perferct quality but he also works hard as well. He has speed. When he loses the ball he still fights for it and that’s what I like to see.”

Vidal moved to the Old Lady from Bayer Leverkusen in 2011 and integrated himself as a major member of the starting XI. He has helped Jeventus side to their four consecutive Serie A championship and the Champions League final, where they lost 3-1 to Barcelona.

Pundits presented stats that Vidal provided four assists for Juventus last season, the midfielder scored seven goals in 28 league outings last season. He can prove to be a perfect game changer for the Gunners.
