Arsenal On The VERGE Of Signing Arturo Vidal

After capturing 33 year-old shotstopper, Petr Cech from fellow London side, Chelsea, Arsenal Coach Arsene Wenger appears set to wave his magic wand once again; with reports stating that the Frenchman is closing in on a deal for Juventus and Chile Midfield maestro, Arturo Vidal.

Vidal, basking on the glory of the just concluded 2015 Copa America Triumph with the Chilean National team, has in recent times, been the subject of intense speculation regarding his future.

English premier league sides Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, as well as European Champions Barcelona have all in recent times, been linked with a move for the midfielder. Following the interest from all-over, it appears that Juventus are also ready to off-load him for a big-money price, with other reports also indicating that the club have even begun a search for his replacement.

Arsene Wenger, who has admitted to be a big admirer of the player, appears to be in pole position in the race to win the player’s signature: with recent reports stating that Arsenal are set to table an unmatchable big-money bid for his services. The reports also further state that of all the clubs in the hunt for his services, the player seems to prefer Arsenal; who, having snapped up Chelsea’s Cech, have deemed a Top midfielder of Vidal’s calibre as their next transfer target.
