Arsenal Striker Target’s Agent Arrives London, Deal Very Close To Completion
One of the major concerns of Arsenal fans every summer is the number of players that gets linked with a move to their club and such players ending up to play for their rivals or other European teams.
According to Globoesporte, the agent of Brazilian forward Alexandre Pato is currently in London to possibly complete a move for his client with the Lily Whites, Via Goal.
The 25-year-Old forward was linked with a move to Arsenal a few days back following a stall in Benzema’s move to the Emirates. However, it is now apparent that the player may end up lacing his boots for Tottenham against Arsenal that listed the player as a possible transfer target.
Pato, 25, was tipped as one of the best centre forward prospect in the world while he was playing for AC Milan – but his career was bedevilled by injuries and he returned to Brazil on a loan Spell with Sao Paolo and is now line for a return to European football.
Although Arsenal have gotten seven out of a possible nice points in their Premier League matches, the number of chances converted by their strikers is worrying as it believed that Pato would offer more threat than a Walcott who was anonymous in the Gunners win over the magpies today.
However, the player may not be the calibre of striker desired at the Emirates, but he will no doubt be a handful for the EPL defenders giving his experience in Europe and South American.
