In a deal that might just be the signing of the summer, the Gunners are on the verge landing the world-cup superstar Thomas Muller from the Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich.
Shocking but pleasant reports to Arsenal fans have claimed that the Gunners have lunched a mouth-watering bid to Bayern in other to secure the services of their versatile forward, Thomas Muller.
The 25-year-old German attacker ascended the grades of Bayern Munich’s youth set up where he started in 2000 and has become one of the most consistent players for the German champions. He has scored 89 league goals in 233appearances for the club. However, the versatile forward has majorly played from the flanks or an unfamiliar false nine position.
The 25-year-old forward has featured in two world cups and was instrumental in the German team that conquered the world in the last world cup mundial hosted by Brazil. At international level, Muller made 63 appearances for Germany scoring 27 goals for the team.
The German star has been heavily tipped to leave Bayern Munich this summer with England as his next destination.
Arsenal have made enquiries regarding the availability of the player and a possible move for the £50m tagged man.
