Arsene Wenger eyeing shock move for Barcelona star, fans will love him

The tides of change are blowing in the English Premier League clubs with new managers, new player signings and player exits expected in a number of clubs. However, amidst all the speculation doing rounds, pertaining managers and players of the Premier League teams some are set to remain as bosses and players in their respective clubs having weathered the storms of change. One such manager is Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.

The French-man, who has had to endure criticism and growing impatience from a section of Arsenal fans tired of having to contend with a top four finish, is set to retain his position as the Gunners boss. Following Tottenham’s failure to beat Southampton in the weekend’s fixtures, Arsenal still has the chance to finish at position two and is now all but guaranteed of Champions League qualification.

The Arsenal Boss is looking forward to strengthening his squad in preparation for an even more competitive 2016/2017 season going by the activities of the English Premier League clubs in the transfer market this summer.

With this in mind, the Gunners boss is rumoured to have identified Turkey International midfielder Arda Turan as a transfer target in a bid to strengthen Arsenal’s midfield following what looks the imminent departure of long time Arsenal Midfielders; Thomas Rosicky, Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta at the end of the season.

Arda Turan joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid at the start of the season in a 37 million pounds deal but has since then just made nine appearances for the Catalan giants making the Turkish International a subject of Transfer speculation.
Arda Turan has been linked with a move to the Chinese Super Lig with the Chinese club Bejing Guoan reportedly willing to prepare a 100million pounds offer for the Turkish International Midfielder. Should Barcelona decide to let go of Arda Turan, then Arsenal will be ready to make an offer.
