Barcelona set to receive shocking €190 million offer for United’s top target Neymar

The Spanish Giants are expecting to receive a €190 offer for the Brazilian superstar not from one, but from two different clubs in Europe. Rumors surrounding the Brazilian international are saying that he’s either ready to agree on an extension with Barcelona, or that he’s being sold this summer.

So what’s the deal? The truth is that no one knows for sure, but the facts are that Barcelona are more than €300 million in debt and selling Neymar would be a great way take care of a big chunk of that debt.

Neymar’s release clause is set at €193 million and both PSG and Man U have been inquiring about his services. Barcelona is looking to renovate Camp Nou, and unless they sign a new sponsorship deal or naming rights deal, selling one of their aces will be the next move.

According to Italian newspaper GazzettaWorld, PSG si leading the race. PSG’s president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, is frustrated with their lack of European success and is willing to invest big.

The Parisians’ budget for summer transfer is said to be around €300 million so they can easily set a new transfer record by signing Neymar away from Barca.
Manchester United has also been sniffing around, and they are no strangers to spending big either. Since Sir Alex Ferguson left The Red Devils, they have spent more than £300 million (Yes, British pounds) without much to show for it.

The question remains if Neymar is being sold or not, and until an extension is signed, rumors will only get worse.
