BID ACCEPTED – Arsenal Complete Transfer Of £65,000-A-Week Defensive Star

According to reports, Spanish club side Valencia are currently eyeing up a move for Colombia and Arsenal goalkeeper, David Ospina. The world cup revelation is reportedly keen to depart the club he only just joined last summer, after a relatively quiet start to life in England. The reports of Valencia’s interest is coming weeks after reports claim Arsenal has ACCEPTED a bid of £4 million from Turkish side Fenerbahce for the Colombian.

The 26 year-old player, who is well known for his sharp reflexes and doggedness in his area, caught the eye of top European clubsides at the 2014 world cup in Bazil, including Arsene Wenger, who the proceeded to acquire his services.

However, due to the recent arrival of Czech Republic legend Petr Cech from Chelsea, it appears that Ospina’s playing chances would be severely limited; as the veteran 33 year-old- who has more experience and technicality than Ospina- has been tipped to make the goalkeeper’s slot in the first-team his personal possession.

It is still unclear whether a deal would eventually go through, as it is believed that the Gunners have not officially received a formal bid for Ospina from either Valencia or any of the other clubs reportedly also keen on acquiring him before the start of the 2015/2016 season.
