BID ACCEPTED – Arsenal Striker Target Agrees To Sign, Announcement Tomorrow

Spurs hope to complete the transfer of Clinton N’jie before their next Premier league encounter against Stoke, as per the Mirror.

Spurs are keen to add to their team for this season and will hopefully welcome the addition of N’jie for a fee of 12million euros this week, with the player set to undergo a medical in the next 2 days, according to reports.

Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas has confirmed Spur’s interest and revealed an official agreement is close, as per Get French football. Lyon have already brought in a new Centre forward this season in the shape of Claudio Beavue so the way is clear for N’jie to complete his move to White Hart Lane.

For Spur, they could find themselves short on strike force this season with reports also linking Emanuel Adebayor to a move away from the club and Roberto Soldado still failing to find any kind of form, leaving them with only Harry Kane as their sole striker.

The Cameroon International could provide necessary support and reduce the burden for the spur’s star man.

N’jie scored seven goals in 30 games in Ligue 1, successfully converted 15.9% of his chances for Lyon last season.

N’jie had the highest shot accuracy of any Lyon striker with 73%, he averaged a duel of 34% last season.

Tothenham started with Kane as a lone striker in their recent 1-0 loss to Manchester United and the England International looked isolated up front.
