Breaking: Bayern Munich holding talks with Arsenal to sign Alexis Sanchez this summer

Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger will most likely be a busy man this summer as the Gunners try to revamp their squad and also offer their high profile players new improved deals. This season has been a rocky one for Arsene Wenger’s men following the highs and the lows they have had to endure.

It is this inconsistency that manager Arsene Wenger is keen to do away with by making new signings that will potentially add a competitive edge to the gunners next season. Arsene Wenger is not only looking to the transfer market but is also ready to offer key players new improved deals and possibly tie them down for much longer.

In his plans Wenger is set on securing the availability of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez following reports of potential interest from the Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean International joined Arsenal from La Liga giants FC Barcelona two years ago and enjoyed a prolific first season with the gunners. However, this season Alexis Sanchez has had to cope with injuries that have impacted on his form.

It is rumoured that Bayern Munich has been making enquiries on the potential availability of Alexis Sanchez in the summer following a not so successful season and that the German club would be ready to snap up Alexis Sanchez should he be available. While Arsenal are ready to offer the Chile International a new deal it is rumoured that Alexis is yet to accept the new 160,000 pounds a week deal been offered.
Bayern Munich’s interests in the Chilean forward is most likely set to hasten the negotiations between the Arsenal and Alexis Sanchez so that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will be confident of the Chilean’s availability for next season.
