Breaking News – Former EPL Star Confirm Zlatan Ibrahimovic Will Join Chelsea

Having played in virtually the best leagues in Europe, Former Arsenal player Keown is of the opinion that a Premier League move for Paris St Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be an ideal destination for the Swedish striker at this point in his career.

The 33 year old who has one year left in his contract, has played in 5 different leagues over the course of his career and could be tempted to make a move to the English Premier League, having never played there before. It is understood that the Paris St Germain are considering cashing in on the 33 year rather than let him go free next summer, with AC Milan , Arsenal , and Manchester United all linked to Zlatan. However despite interest from Arsenal and Manchester United, Martin Keown feels that Premier League champions Chelsea will be an ideal destination for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

He said: “He’s always been ambitious and likes to tick boxes around Europe.“Now he might like to do it here. But unless he takes a drop in wages, it’s hard to see where he’ll go.“I think the only place I could really see him would be Chelsea, especially if Diego Costa’s hamstring blows up.”

Zlatan Ibrahimović can be regarded as one of the best finishers in the game and one of the best strikers to ever play the game of football. The 33 year has scored an incredible 340 goals in his entire football career.  With Zlatan Ibrahimovic approaching the end of his career, it remains to be seen whether the Swedish player would fancy a move to the EPL. However, one certain thing is that no matter the club he ends up with, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be a joy to behold in the Premiership.
