Carlos Bacca to join Man Utd or Chelsea? Striker Speaks on the Transfer and his Future

Man Utd and Chelsea have been handed a massive blow in their pursuit of AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca. Italian agency ITA Sport Press recently claimed that Chelsea failed with their bid of £46.5 million for the 29-year old in the January Transfer window.

The Red Devils also reportedly held an interest in the Colombian international and both clubs were expected to reignite their interests in summer.

However, Bacca has now claimed that he is perfectly happy with AC Milan and is not planning to leave the club anytime soon.

“I am happy here at Milan, you can see that every day,” Bacca told Mediaset Premium.

“I am relishing the affection of the fans, my family is happy here, and I work every day with faith in God, whether things go well or badly. It fills me with pride that the fans show such affection after such a short amount of time here.

“They make me want to continue working, being highly motivated and doing things the right way. I will continue giving the best of myself. Who is the best striker in Serie A? Carlos Bacca!”
He signed for AC Milan in a £21 million deal for La Liga club Sevilla in the summer. He has scored 13 league goals so far this season.
