The summer transfer window started slowly for Chelsea but has gathered pace in recent days. The Blues have been constantly linked with several top players and deals are scheduled to be announced in the coming days. Here we take a look at some of the transfer rumors surrounding the Blues.

Reports in several UK Newspapers are claiming that Chelsea have opened talks with Brazilian midfielder Ramires over a contract extension amid reported interest from Juventus, who are targeting the Brazilian to replace the allegedly departing Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal.

Another news concerning the two clubs comes in the form of Paul Pogba’s link to the Blues. The Daily Mirror are claiming that Chelsea will tempt Juventus’ resolve by offering Oscar in a player-plus-cash deal for Pogba.

The Telegraph and Daily Mail are reporting Chelsea’s interest in Ghanaian full back Abdul Rahman Baba. The 20-year-old highly rated full back plays for Augsburg in the Bundesliga and the Blues want his signature to replace Filipe Luis , who is reportedly leaving Stamford Bridge this summer.

Meanwhile, The Sun are reporting that Atletico Madrid will offer Arda Turan to Chelsea in a swap deal for left-back Filipe Luis. The defender had joined Chelsea just last summer but has failed to cement a regular starting spot.
