Chelsea On The VERGE Of Transfer Of £80,000-A-Week Star, Insane OFFER Made

Chelsea may be have received an “insane offer” from Fiorentina for the signature of Mohammed Salah who spent last season on loan with the Italian side. This claim was made by Fiorentina director Vincenzo Guerini.

Salah has been the subject of intense speculation in the last two weeks with reports claiming the player could be used in a deal to sign Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid. The Egyptian who signed for Chelsea in 2013 in a deal said to be worth 18 million never got to play at Chelsea and was sent on loan to Fiorentina who according to reports have the right to retain the services of the African for another year on loan for a fixed price.

Although after a stellar season with the club, Chelsea seems to be playing hard ball with the Florence club in a bid to either get more money or use him as part of the deal to sign Griezmann as the report claim yesterday.

Either way, Chelsea seem certain to get good money for the player they signed from Basle. It will make a lot of sense if Chelsea use him as part of the negotiation for Griezmann. It may make it easier for the club to sign Griezmann if they offer Atletico another player in exchanged but either way, it seems Chelsea are in a no lose position with the Salah situation.
