Ronaldo to sign for chelsea

Chelsea Plan To Sell Three Players In January, Club To Bid For £300,000-A-Week UCL Winner

Chelsea are reportedly prepared to sell three star players to fund a £70million move for Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, as reports suggest.

According to Spanish publication AS,  Roman Abramovich is looking to turn around Chelsea’s bad start to the season by bringing in ‘the current FIFA Ballon d’Or holder’ Cristiano Ronaldo to Stamford Bridge by taking advantage of his close relationship with Jorge Mendes to aid the transfer.

And to do so, Abramovich is prepared to spend over €100million to lure Ronaldo to Stamford Bridge, a fee which could possibly break Gareth Bale’s world transfer record.

However, there are expected to be some changes made to the Chelsea side in order to accommodate the transfer, with Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic, and Oscar set to be sold to get the required funds.

The news will also be putting Real Madrid on high alert, as Real Madrid are keen on bringing Hazard to the Santiago Bernabeu following his struggles at Chelsea this season.

Chelsea are currently sitting at 16th on the Premier league table with just 11 points from the 12 games already played this season.

It is unclear whether Ronaldo will fancy a move to the reigning premier league champions but if the deal goes through it could mean a revitalized top four challenge in the league as Ronaldo’s presence is sure to add something special to the Blues.
