Chelsea Ready to Sell Eden Hazard as PSG Accepts £61.5m Fee

Premier League champions Chelsea would accept an offer of £61.5m for their star player Eden Hazard in the summer. French source BuzzSport claims that Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are the favourites to sign the Belgian international and willing to make a required bid of £61.5m in the summer.

The 25-year-old has also attracted the attentions of the likes of Real Madrid, Man Utd, Bayern Munich and Man City. La Liga giants Real Madrid were the player’s preferred destination, but due to their transfer ban, PSG have emerged as favourites to sign the player.

The Paris club sees Hazard as the replacement of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is expected to leave the club once his current deal expires in the summer.

Hazard, who was instrumental in Chelsea’s Premier League triumph last season, has struggled to find his form for the Blues this season. He is yet to score a goal in the current season, and reports have claimed that he is unhappy with his situation at the club.
