Chelsea Set To Complete FOURTH Transfer, Dutch Midfielder Transfer Almost Done

Danilo Pantic is set to be the fourth Chelsea player to join Vitesse on loan this summer after the Dutch club confirmed the youngster is already training with them.

Lewis Baker, Izzy Brown and Nathan have all joined Vitesse in order to get more playing time which would prepare them to fight for a Chelsea first team place.

Vitesse have, however, confirmed on their website that the deal to bring in Pantic is nearly done and that the player is already training with them as they look to quickly sort out the paper work.

The Serbian youngster was signed by Chelsea in January, but completed his season with Partizan Belgrade featuring in four Europa League matches and completing 80% of his passes last term (Squawka).

Vitesse’s technical director, Mo Allach is said to be pleased with the arrival of Pantic at the Arnhem-based club.

“Here come the young Serbian talent, Pantic. This acquisition can now train with us this week, which is important for the group process and ensure that they can start playing football as soon as possible”.

Pantic, 18, has represented Serbia at the U-17 and U-19 levels. Meanwhile, Vitesse also confirmed the arrivals of several other youngsters apart from the aforementioned Chelsea players. Maikel Van Der Werff, Milot Rashica and Sheran Weini have also joined the club’s training camp.

Chelsea’s Nathan Ake and Ruben Loftus-Cheek were also wanted by Vitesse but Mourinho blocked the move. The Portuguese manager sees Loftus-Cheek as a first-team player next term.
