Chelsea Striker Publicly Criticized the Club And Later Apologised For His Behaviour on Twitter

Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford is now linked with a move to Premier League club AFC Bournemouth.

The 22-year-old recently ended his loan spell with Crystal Palace due to lack of playing time. He came under severe criticism after he publicly criticized the club for the lack of opportunities during his loan stay.

Although he later apologized for his behaviour via tweet:

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is on the lookout for a striker as the club’s main striker Callum Wilson has been ruled out for the majority of the season due to a knee injury.

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink revealed in his press conference that he would monitor Bamford in training before takin a decision about his future. If the striker is made available on a loan deal, Howe would be willing to give the former England U-21 international an opportunity to play in the Premier League.

Championship clubs Middlesbrough and QPR have also been linked with a loan move for the striker.
