David De Gea Blasts Van Gaal

Club PLACING A BID to Sign Talented Attacking Midfielder, Player Confirms Interest to Media

Like the last season, Newcastle is struggling to create trouble for the teams at the top half of the table. It can easily be said that they are still fighting to avoid relegation. The performance of the players is totally below per. Still there are some players at the Newcastle side who have been performing well and helped the team to get out of the relegation zone. 22 year old Spanish striker Ayoze Perez is one of the team. Since the start of the season, Perez is going against the tide. Though his main position is at the front, he is a versatile player who is able to play as an attacking midfielder and center midfielder. That is something which Manchester United can use big time.

After selling Robin Van Persie and Javier Hernandez and sending Wilson to loan, Manchester United had to deal with two notable strikers only. They failed to purchase any striker apart from Anthony Martial during the summer transfer window. Right now Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial are playing at the front for Manchester United. But there are regular occasions when LVG plays Rooney behind the striker. In those occasions, he requires the services of both Martial and Rooney. Moreover, the team is finding it difficult to put their name on the score sheet in this season. It’s not a big surprise that they are impressed by Ayoze.

Ayoze Perez has told Radio Club Tenerife that he knows that there is interest from Manchester United, as well as The Spurs. He feels really honored about it that such clubs wants to get his signature on the paper. He didn’t hinted whether he is interested on a move from St. James Park.

After his 1M move to Newcastle, so far he has scored four goals on seventeen appearances, including crucial goals against Chelsea and Tottenham. Newcastle hasn’t made any comments on how much they want for him yet. Still, when a club like Manchester United is interested for a player, it means something.
