CONFIRMED – £80,000-A-Week Star Will Play For Chelsea Next Season

According to Kia Joorabchian, the rumoured move of  Chelsea’s Oscar Emboaba to Juventus is “completely impossible”. The midfielder has been linked with the Italian Champions in recent times and the renowned agent has labeled the move as something that will not happen.

“Joorabchian, who looks after the interest of a number of top players, says there is no truth to reports the Brazilian will leave Stamford Bridge” (Goal) . Oscar himself has already spoken of his desire to remain with the Blues, and he reiterated this in an exclusive interview with the above named source in April.

The 23-year old playmaker is rated highly by Jose Mourinho, who claims Oscar remains part of his plans and that he has no intention of selling him. The player was more recently touted to be use in an exchange deal that will mean Juventus highly-wanted midfielder, Paul Pogba moving the opposite direction.

The Old Lady’s coach, Massimiliano Allegri started the wooing game when he talked about Oscar being an incredible talent who he admires. This, however, appeared to be a hint that the midfielder may be making a move to Italy, but the transfer seems  impossible now that Joorabchian has dismissed the reports.

The former Internacional man was signed for Chelsea by former manager, Roberto Di Matteo, after their Champions League triumph. He has since been a mainstay in the team, making a total of 94 league appearances and scoring 18 goals in the process. He also won the Europa League with the team in 2013, as well as the double this past season.

Chelsea will likely be making high-profile addition to their squad ahead of next season’s campaign, in order to consolidate on their league success, and also go further in the UEFA Champions League.
