There seems to be a special bond that joins former Arsenal players to the club. When it comes to transfers, Gunners do all they can to scoop for information, and I guess they are now very good at that. What would you say when a legend like Lauren uses his Twitter page to announce the signing of one of the best goalkeepers in the EPL? Twitter of course, has since exploded, with the Gunners celebrating the imminent arrival of the Chelsea safe pair of gloves.
#All the best to Cech. Long time without stability in that position and another great gooner move to get the Premier League.

Lauren, who was an Arsenal Invincible, took to Twitter last Saturday to welcome Peter Cech to the Emirates. The former right-back, hailed the capture of the goalkeeper, emphasising the need for stability in that department [goalkeeping].
Cech’s arrival is imminent as Wenger’s plan to go all-out for the EPL title next season hits full swing. The Frenchman won the FA Cup on the last two previous occasions, and would want to add the Premier League title to his trophy cabinet next season; a dream, which can best be achieved with a signing of Cech’s calibre.
Snatching Cech from Mourinho is not only being hailed as a major shift in previous deals, which only saw our players move the other direction to our rivals; but is also being regarded as the right step in the right direction by a lot of pundits and former Arsenal players like Lauren.
The deal is expected to be formally announced anytime from now as personal terms and other minor details are being finalised.
