Dutch outfit Vitesse Arnhem have simply declared on their website that Chelsea fledging youngster, Danilo Pantic has been granted a work permit which gives him the eligibility for him to ply his trade in Holland on a season long loan from the West London side. The Serbian youngster was initially acquired by Chelsea on the 13th of July (last week) and prompt loaned out to the Eredivisse side on a season long loan.
