Jack Wilshere and Danny Welbeck could be included in England’S Euro 2016 squad. England are reportedly hopeful to have Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere in the Euro 2016 squad after accepting the Manchester United left-back will not be back to fitness in times.
Although Wilshere has not played many games this season, England boss Roy Hodgson believes the midfielder will a great asset for the Three Lions.
Roy Hodgson has already invited 40 players in contention for the Euros to England’ St. George’s Park Head Quarters including other long-term absentees. The Three Lions boss has called players who have featured for him over the past year to the national football centre as he steps up his preparations for Euro 2016. Arsenal duo Wilshere and Welbeck have not made an appearance this season for their club side due to injury, but as they near a first-team return, Hodgson is keen to keep them involved ahead of the summer.
The manager is getting ready to name his Euro 2016 squad to travel to France.
Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck, who has just returned from injury could also be included. Wilshere shone on his last England outing, firing his first two goals for his country in the 3-1 win against Slovenia last summer.
